She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Burt and Jean Burt. She is survived by: her husband Michael A. Cruz; her children, Kelly Jantzi (Aaron) and Michael J. Cruz; her grandchildren, Andersyn and Finley; and her siblings, Sally Stephenson (Paul), Kathy Wohlfahrt (John), John (Mona), James (Colleen) and Dana Burt (Sean).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jeanie's honor to Roswell Park Compressive Cancer Center.
