He is survived by: his wife Debra Wojtasik (Hill); his children, Eugene (Elizabeth), David W. Jr. (Kelly), Denis and Domanik Wojtasik (Dean); his grandchildren, Ariana, Silas, Kazimierz and Vera Wojtasik; and his siblings, Carleen Kurzdorfer, Sharon Wojtasik and John Wojtasik. He is also survived by Brothers/Sisters-in-law, as well as many Nieces/Nephews.
