It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Quintin J. Toapha of Orangeburg, New York, who passed away on November 21, 2022, at the age of 12, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Robert and Patricia; and his brothers, Robert and Aedan.
