He was predeceased by: his parents, Sara Jacobs and Joseph Jacobs; his daughter Laura Fiderer; and his siblings, Adele Hantman, Martin Jacobs, Bernard Jacobs and Jerry Jacobs.
He is survived by: his brothers, Marty and Bernie; his wife Rhea Jacobs; his sons, Charles Jacobs (Elizabeth) and Andrew Jacobs; his son-in-law David Fiderer; and his grandchildren, Hilary Bolash (Nicholas), Bradley Jacobs, Jennie Jacobs, Dylan Jacobs, Carolina Jacobs, Haley Fiderer and Jordan Fiderer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Murray's memory may be made to the Orangetown Jewish Center or to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
