He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Acampora and Theresa Acampora (Fusco); his children, Joseph Acampora (Theresa), Anne Marie DaSilva and Kathryn Falcone (Nickolas); his siblings, Marguerite Acampora, Ralph, RoseMary Acampora and Edith Woods; his wife Mary Ellen Gilfoy; and his uncles, John and Tony. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Because of the Pandemic, services will be private plus limited to a small number of family followed by a graveside service that will be performed at Calvary Cemetery Queens, NY where John will be buried alongside his love of his life Mary Ellen.
