He was predeceased by: his father Charles Gruver. He is survived by: his brothers, Stephen (Beverly) of Oneonta, David (Linda) and John (Lily); his nephew Joseph (Terri); his nieces, Barbara Burnham (Jeffrey) and Quinn Gruver; and his great-nephew Seth Burnham.
