It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita E. Ploutz of Oneonta, New York, born in Stamford, New York, who passed away on November 1, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. Halstead and Mamie E. Halstead (Tompkins); her former husband Elmer Barnes; her husband Fred Ploutz; and her sons, Bruce, Roger and Robert Barnes.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Jessica Barnes; and her niece Evelyn Griffin. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
