Bowman of Oneonta, New York, born in Warsaw, New York, who passed away on January 22, 2023, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Harcleroad, Jr. and Ann C. Harcleroad (Smith). She is survived by: her husband Kenneth D. Bowman, III of Oneonta; her daughter Shyann Bowman of Oneonta; her siblings, William Harcleroad of Oneonta, Thomas Harcleroad (Lourdes) of Mount Morris and Mary Harcleroad Walker of Oneonta; her niece Maria Ramirez of Mount Morris; and her great-niece Victoria Harcleroad of Mount Morris.
