She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jerome A. Randel, and Doris Tall Randel, Sr.; her children, Christine Lawson of Saucier, Linda (Antonio Ferreira), Betsy (Herb Dixon), Janine Shepard of Oneida and Gerald L. "Butch" Shepard of Oneida; her grandchildren, Robert J. Mantell (Genevieve), William J. Mantell (Jennifer), Brooke Dixon, Erin Dixon, Lindsay Givens and Antonio Ferreira; and her siblings, Charlene Liddle of Fayetteville, William Randel and Jerome A. Randel, Jr.. She was also cherished by eight great- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
