He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth W. "Gus" and Amy Foster Campbell, Sr.; his granddaughter Nicole Lewis; and his sister Nancy L. Hawver. He is survived by: his wife Donna Miller; his great grandchild Bentley; his children, Victoria Jeror of Vernon Center, Dianne Donovan-Colin (Jacob) of Peterboro, Kristin Campbell of Utica, Katrina Campbell of Oneida, Kaitlyn Campbell of Morrisville, Eric Lewis (Kelly) of Bouckville, David Campbell (Amber) of Bridgeport and Jerry Campbell (Lexie) of Sherrills Ford, NC; and his siblings, Cathy Campbell of Oneida, Kenneth W. "Joe" Campbell (Janice), Floyd E. "Sam" Campbell and Ronald S. Campbell (Samantha) of Oneida. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Due to a change in the statewide mandate, all persons in attendance, regardless of vaccination status, will be required to wear a mask.
