He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Collins and Ethel Heller Collins; his wife Fern Chabot; his daughters, Brenda Solomito (Joseph) of Steuben, Karen Collins of Liverpool and Christine Popkey (Roy) of Hutchinson, KS; and his siblings, Sandy Coe (William), Eugene Collins (Wanda) of Redfield and Gail Templer. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
