He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Jr. Connelly and Luella Reigler Connelly; and his sisters, Eva Palaka, Barbara Richardson and Elizabeth Lerch (Libby).
He is survived by: his wife Carole Downer; his son Frank Connelly IV (Gina) of Oneida; his grandchildren, Candra and Derek; and his siblings, Patti Biedermann (Wade) of Madison, Michael Connelly (Debi) of Verona and Jim Zika (Lois Koch) of Oneida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank's name may be made to the Golisano Children's Hospital in Syracuse or the Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders at Albany Medical Center.
