He was predeceased by: his grandfather Claude Miles (Dave Wallace). He is survived by: his parents, Damaso T. Diaz and Debra Miles Diaz; his sons, Miguel Diaz, Liam Bailey and Gabriel Colon; his grandmothers, Carol Miles of Blossvale and Ana L. Diaz of Binghamton; his siblings, Carmen Diaz of Syracuse, Damaso (Haylee Diaz), Daren Diaz (Damaso "Nino" Diaz) of Blossvale and Shan Stuckman of Triangle, Virginia; his nieces and nephews, Keegan, Carter, Dominic, Mia, Aubrielle, Deidra, Demetria, Shurray Jr. and Le Bron; and his close friends, Michael Jennison, James Pethel and Kenny Hollenbeck, Jr.. He is also survived by several aunts uncles and cousins.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, private services will be held at the convenience of the family, from the Campbell-Dean Funeral Home, Inc., 260 Main Street, Oneida.
