She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry L. Thurston and Evelyn Thurston (Shaver); and her fiancé Robert W. Brantis, Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Melody Thurston of Munnsville, Harry J. "Buck" Thurston of Munnsville and Donald (Ellen Thurston). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
