He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Charlton of Middletown, NY, Jeffrey Charlton (Connie) of Lisbon, NY, Carole Mooney of Syracuse, NY and Rosalie Salazar of Ogdensburg, NY; and his parents, Eugene Charlton and Ruth Charlton (Petrie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
