He is survived by: his children, Brandi Lamay (Jason) of Ogdensburg, NY, Tommy Hess, Jr. (Samantha) of Ogdensburg, NY and Jake Hess (Autum) of Ogdensburg, NY; his siblings, Mary Hawkins (Kevin) of Chase Mills, NY, Anne Marie Moulton (William) of Melbourne, FL, Helen Spring of Potsdam, NY, William Hess (Cindy) of Florida and Timothy Hess (Chris) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Gavin, Jace, Christian, Delia Lamay, Graham Hess, Mason Hess, Carter Hess and Caroline Hess. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
