It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert J. Otis (Ogdensburg, New York), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on August 31, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Harry Otis; his daughters, Nancy and Laurie; his sister Joanie Gray; and his parents, Harry Otis and Blanche Graham Otis.
He is survived by: his children, Constance, Mary, Maureen, Robert Jr., Kay and John; and his sister Joyce Love of Ogdensburg. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
