He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cathryn Mills of Ogdensburg, NY; his sons, Brian Mills (Danielle) of Ogdensburg, NY and Jason Mills (Jenny) of Ogdensburg, NY; his brother Gregory Mills (Nancy) of Ogdensburg, NY; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Nathaniel, Allison, Lillian and Vivian; his brother Michael; and his parents, Herbert D. Mills and Dorothy R. Lundy Mills. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
