She was predeceased by: her siblings, Donald F. Lalonde, Kenneth Lalonde (Jack) and Sally Boyer; her parents, Paul J. Lalonde and Eva Paige Lalonde; and her husband Patrick Joseph Phelps.
She is survived by: her children, Matthew Phelps (Helen) of Merrickville, Michael Phelps (Samantha) of Arlington, VA, Dr. Patricia Mahoney (Michael McCarney) of Ogdensburg, NY, Kathy Phelps of Syracuse, NY, Lori Piercey (Ben Mercado) of Calimesa, CA, Julie Jerdo (James Howard) of Ogdensburg, NY and Vicki Bruyere (Christopher) of Ogdensburg, NY; and her grandchildren, Jason Piercey, Nicole Mahoney Rafferty, Justin Jerdo, Chelsey Phelps, Maxwell McCarney, Paige McCarney, Sophia Phelps, Patrick Phelps (Chad Bruyere), Devin Storm Piercey and Jace Piercey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
