She was predeceased by: her parents, John Garrow and Ruth St (Mashaw); her husband Raymond D. Fritz; and her siblings, John "Jackie" Garrow and Dawn Garrow.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Fritz of Ogdensburg, Tina Green (Dan) of Ogdensburg and Bob Fritz (Alice) of Lousiville, N. Y.; and her grandchildren, Michael Fritz, Alexianna Cooke, Sonja and Max Green.
