With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman F. Williams of Ogdensburg, New York, who passed away on April 11, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Billy Joe Williams; his brother Theodore Williams; his parents, Francis Williams and Elizabeth Gore Williams; his former wife Donna Knight; and his wife Deborah Oshier.
He is survived by: his sons, Jody Williams (Molly) of Ogdensburg, David Williams of Ogdensburg, Greg Williams (Rose) of Prescott, ON and Scott Oshier of Watertown, NY; and his sister Lucretia Smith of Ogdensburg, NY. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and cousins.
