We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2021, at the age of 77, Lawrence W. Costigan of Ogdensburg, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Costigan and Eva M. Costigan (Spears). He is survived by: his former wife Katherine O'Marah; his close friend Frederica "Ricky" Tyo; his children, Jennifer Denoncourt (Joe) of Ogdensburg, Allen Costigan of Ogdensburg and Andrew Costigan of Ogdensburg; and his great grandchildren, Kimberly Costigan, Christopher Costigan, Kaitlyn Costigan Porter, Dr. Jessica Barr and Joey Denoncourt.
