He was predeceased by: his parent Warren Premo; and his sister Mary Premo. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Premo (Allen); his children, Chantelle Premo (Mike Powell) of Albany, Cassandra Premo of Watertown and Mike Abar of Malone; his grandchildren, Wyatt Abar, Cyrus Abar, Doniven, Neveah and Keynan Saunders; and his siblings, Rick Premo (Sheila) of Port Charlotte and Dave Premo (Susan Brenno) of Ogdensburg.
Donation's in Joe's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
