He is survived by: his daughter Sandi-Jo Foster (Erik) of Ogdensburg, NY; his grandchildren, Alexus Foster of Ogdensburg, NY and Erik Foster of Syracuse, NY; his close friend Ellie of Ogdensburg, NY; his siblings, Louis Bernardino of Florida and Marie Messina (Barb Nesbitt) of Florida; and his wife Linda Allen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
