He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Munroe; his children, Kacie Brown (Robert) of Ogdensburg, Russell Whitney of Ogdensburg and Jacob Whitney (Nicole) of Ogdensburg; his grandchildren, Spencer, Kierce Whitney, Bella Brown and Elizabeth Spencer; and his sister Lisa.
