He was predeceased by: his parent Archibald M. McLellan. He is survived by: his parent Beatrice Fraser McLellan; his wife Elizabeth Saunders; and his children, Thomas C., Port, David J. Ormond, William P., James J, Timothy J., Mary Victoria Hebert of Ormond Beach, Kathleen Ann O'Malia and Mary Denise.

Memorial donations can be made in his name to St. Vincent de Paul Society, 214 Morris St., Ogdensburg NY 13669.
