He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Earl and Elinor Earl (Cole); and his brothers, Berton, Arthur and Robert Earl.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria Earl; and his children, Kelly Medhurst (Brian), Daniel Earl Jr. (Linda), Scott A. Earl, Angela Earl (Carlos Tosca), Darin A. Earl, Aaron Earl (Kari Gardner) and Elinor Compo (Bert). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
