He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph McWilliams of Binghamton, NY, James McWilliams (Carolyn) of Downingtown, PA, Melissa Hough (Richard) of Waddington and Amber Farrand (Josh Harper) of Ogdensburg, NY; his nieces and nephews, Josh Hough, Makenzie Briere, Hailee, Trent Farrand, Kelsey, Michelle and Shannon McWilliams; and his mother Evelyn Ghize McWilliams of Ogdensburg, NY.
