Carol Smithers Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2019, at the age of 91, Carol Smithers (Ogdensburg, New York), born in DePeyster, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Howie and Enid Howie (Wood); her children, Douglas Smithers of Warsaw, NY, David Smithers of Canton and Kimberly Johnson (Ronald) of Gouverneur; her husband Donald Smithers; and her children, Randell Gene Smithers and Donna Lee Smithers. She was also cherished by six grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
