She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Simmons and Harriet Simmons (Bailey); and her brothers, Isaac, Gene, Gary and Robert.

She is survived by: her husband Roy Hazelton; her children, Sherman Hazelton of Ogdensburg and Darlene Lynch (Patrick) of Morristown; her great grandchildren, Kayden Lane of Ogdensburg, Karly Rhiannon Skelly of Ogdensburg and Ayden Ronald Royce Lynch of Ogdensburg; and her brother Leman Simmons of Ogdensburg, NY..
