She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jean Perretta and Victor; and her uncle Douglas Andrews. She is survived by: her parents, John T. Perretta and Deborah K. Perretta (Andrews); her significant other Tim Dawley of Ogdensburg; her children, Jaylene May Dawley, Kaleb William Dawley and Lukas Douglas Dawley; her siblings, David J. Perretta (Sarah) of Hammond and Andria M. Johnson (Jeff) of Brier Hill, NY.; and her nieces and nephews, Dominic, Hunter Perretta, Sidney, Mia, Ava and Wyatt Johnson. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
