She was predeceased by: her husband Richard D. Chase; her parents, Clayton Scoins and Frieda Baum Scoins; and her brothers, William Scoins and Robert Scoins (late Ella).
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Chase (Linda) of Churchville, NY, William Chase, Deborah Martin (Matthew), Gary Chase of Oakfield and Nancy Kurczewski (Tom) of Gahanna, OH; her grandchildren, Christina Freak (Jamon), Alicia Fitzsimmons (Steve), Jamie Lindsley (Michael), Mandy McAvoy, Rebecca Martin (Michael), Leslie Palmer, Melissa Martin, Aaron Chase (Monica), Adam Newsome (late Nicole), Andrew Newsome and Nicole Chase; her great grandchildren, Samantha Stefaniak (Jonathan), Ivan Pangrazio (Liz Hawes), Kyley Pascarella, Chase McAvoy, Caden Newsome, Mahlon Jones, Noah Newsome, Milena Lindsley, David Konarkski and Tia Lindsley; her great great grandchild Aleksander Stefaniak; her siblings, Naomi Grice and Allan Scoins (Janice); and also, Debbie Newsome and Jeni. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
