She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. and Mary L. Sweet (Irion); her husband Jerry S. Wasiulewski; her granddaughter April Angel Diaz; and her siblings, Mary Ann Alban, Elizabeth Shea, William G. Sweet and Richard D. Sweet.
She is survived by: her children, Rachil Pontillo (Nick), Travis Wasiulewski (Stacie), Crystal Dugan (Scott), Jeri Wasiulewski (Heidi) and MaryAnn Forsha (Adam Young); and her brothers, James Sweet (Cindy) and Kenneth Sweet (Karen). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
