She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cicchetti and Teresa Cicchetti; her husband Charles Callan; and her granddaughter Lily Callan. She is survived by: her children, Jane Callan Sottile (Tom) of Rose Valley, PA, Chuck Callan (Mary) of Grandview and James (Jane) of Arlington, VA; her grandchildren, Mark Sottile (Lauren), Cara Sottile (Michael), Julia Callan, Sophie, Grace and Katie Callan; and her great grandchildren, Jack and Luke Sottile.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rita Callan's name to One-to-One Learning, Inc. at 640 N. Midland Avenue, Nyack, NY 10960, or another charity which you think would be meaningful to her.
