He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his daughters, Connie Barlow of Buffalo, NY, Tammy Blake and John Blake of Connecticut; his grandchildren, Coral Dill (Matthew) and Trevor Wilson; his brother Lawrence Jr.; his significant other Patricia Phippen; his sisters, Julia Bump (Edward), Kathleen Kenyon (Joseph), Marijean Remington (Terry) and Linda White (William); his daughter Rebecca "Becki" Barlow-Pierce; his brother Wayne; his parent Hilda Lawrence Barlow Sr.; and also, Ronald (Cathy), Steven (Barbara), Richard (Nancy) and Robert. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
