He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Randy J. Miller (Rhonda DeBruhl), Rick (Ginger Miller) and Nancy; his sisters, Thelma Gadway of Mooers Forks, Vilma Pearson, Harvey Pearson, Norfolk Dallas and Zenith Dallas; his grandson Joey Bregg; and his siblings, Bruce Miller, Garfield Miller and Anita Ingraham. He is also survived by grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
Memorial Donations in Hugh's memory can be made to St. Andrew's Church, Hospice and Palliative Care or to any local cancer center.
