She is survived by: her children, Laura McGovern and Kenneth (Sharon McGovern) of Fort Mill, SC; her grandchildren, John and Emily McGovern; her sister-in-law Sheila Holmes; her sister Joan Grodio; and her nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Victoria, Anastasia, Donna, Christopher, Michael and John.
