He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Coughlin and Elizabeth Coughlin; and his sisters, Danette DeLong and Donna Bausenwein. He is survived by: his close friend Ivy Coughlin; his children, Tonya M. Snyder, Timothy J. Coughlin, II and Rebbeca A. Coughlin; his grandchildren, Benjamin Rodeffer, Alissa Coughlin, Brianna Rodeffer, Connor Snyder, Lucas Snyder, Liam Graney, Logan Graney and Cassidy Graney; and his siblings, Sandra Parisi (Nicholas) and Brian Coughlin (Sally).
