She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Bailey and Juanita Cook; her husband Howard Sweeney; her son Scott Sweeney; her brother Forrest Bailey (Mary); and her great grandchild Bianca Cartagena.

She is survived by: her stepfather Norman Posner; her son Bryan Sweeney (Kathleen); her sibling Beverly Bell (Robert); her grandchildren, Casie LaMarca (Nicholas), Corrie Rogers (Louis), Sean Sweeney (Sara) and Shannon Martin (Edward); and her great grandchildren, Vincent LaMarca, Lincoln, Penelope Martin and Brooklyn Rogers.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Faye's name to Niagara Hospice.
