She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Barry and Mary Barry; and her brother Dennis Barry. She is survived by: her husband Pasqual Leggiadro; her children, Dawn Mazza, Scott (Jennifer), Wayne (Samantha) and Keith (Elise); and her grandchildren, Hannah, Collin, Lyndsey, Brendan, William, Charlotte and Adeline.
During the pandemic, Pat became known as the "Mask Lady", sewing over 1, 000 lovingly crafted masks to donate to healthcare workers and children's hospitals.
The Leggiadro family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The Yale New Haven Children's Hospital, at secure.givetoynhh.org in Patricia's memory.
