He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Siminski and Catherine Siminski (Googins); and his brother-in-law Chuck Slater. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Janine Dodge (Barry), Marc Slater, Stanley and Scott Smith; his grandchildren, Kyle Slater, Jordan Slater and Gerald Dodge; his great grandchildren, Lindsey and Alana Dodge; his pet Tito; and his siblings-in-law, Larry, Bonnie Slater, Shirley, Alan Robertson, Pat, Brian Zorn, Deb Slater, Scott and Kim Slater. He is also survived by brother, two sisters.
