She is survived by: her husband David Collins; her children, Dan, Lynda and Debbie; her sister Lisa Seymour (Rex); and her fathers-in-law, Patrick Collins (Bonnie), Jay Collins (Robin), James Collins, Jr. (Pam) and Ricky Collins. She is also survived by four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several nieces.
