He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Twigg and Opal Twigg (Rawstern); and his siblings, Wilbur, Marilyn and Larry.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Barrowcliff of Sayre, PA; his children, Kenn, Barb Twigg of Litchfield, Rick, Beth Twigg of Navarre, FL, Lisa and Paul Cruz of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Shannon, Jason, Casey, Austin, Caleb and Courtney; his great grandchildren, Jarrod, Kylea and RJ; and his siblings, Alan, Jesse, Cecil, Dan and Nancy.
