She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Middaugh and Mary Middaugh (Bird); her brother Richard Middaugh; and her brother-in-law Mark Smullen. She is survived by: her granddaughter Hailie Bates; her sisters, Kathy Strong (Bill) of Owego, Jeanne Worden (Byron) of Apalachin, Virginia Murray (Gary) of Owego, Gail Lawson (Ron) of Owego, Linda Smullen of Concord, NC and Patricia Morse (Grant) of Nichols; and her sister-in-law Sylvia Middaugh of Tioga Center. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
