He is survived by: his friends, Ed and Pat Greene; his wife Alice; his daughter Lori; his son-in-law Duane Castle; his son Tony Jerkes; and his grandchildren, Andy (Rebecca), Amanda (Justin), Bradley (Fallon), Rebecca and Benjamin. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and friends.
