He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Middleton and Mary Middleton (Goon). He is survived by: his wife Sheila Gavitt; his children, David Middleton of Vestal, NY and Robin Campbell of Nichols; his grandsons, Ryan and Randy Campbell; his sisters, Amy Snyder (Fred) and Sandra Henline; his brother-in-law Gary Gavitt; and also Sharon Witt.
