He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Johnson and Arvena Johnson; and his sister Pamela Bydairk. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kelsey; his siblings, Sue Hall (Harold) and William; his siblings-in-law, Scott, Keith, Dustin, Dannon Kelsey (Amy), Darcy Kelsey and Kori Lloyd (Lee); and his nieces and nephews, Steven, Christopher, Kate, Molly, Jesse, Kaylee, Aubree, Suzanne, Allurah, Abigail and Michael.
