He was predeceased by: his parents, George R. Burnham and Jeanette Burnham (late Dudley); and his siblings, Sharon Billings and Robert Billings. He is survived by: his wife Joni M. Billings (Ferguson); and his siblings, Russ-Ellen Harris, Russell Billings, Beverley Kemp (late Ernie), Rena Billings (Fox Ward), Richard Billings and John Billings.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Tuscarora Indian Mission (5035 Walmore Rd, Sanborn, NY 14132).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tuscarora Indian Mission.
