She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Balcom and Evelyn Balcom (Dewolfe); her son Brian Lee Hill; her brothers, Ralph Balcom, Jr. and William; her sister-in-law Wyona Balcom; and her friends, Dorothy VanOrden, Patricia Bennett and Beverly Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Phillips (Dana), Michelle Lewis, Michael Lewis (Melissa), Jackie Clemons (Will) and Robin Moreland; her grandchildren, Calin, Ryan, Carly, Aaliyah Phillips, William Dunham (Dana), Jessica Dunham, TJ Clemons, Alexis Moreland, Brian Hill, Briella Salvatore, Anthony and Zach Harris; her great grandchildren, Jayden Dunham and Riley Jo Phillips-King; and her brothers, Jerald Balcom and Patrick Balcom (Michele). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
