He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Valvano and Sarah Crescibene Valvano; his wife Linda Criel Valvano; and his close friend Josephine Naeye. He is survived by: his children, Anne Tickner (John), Sarah Adkins (Greg), Anthony Valvano and David Valvano (Bobbi Jo Juliano); and his brothers, Anthony and Carl Valvano. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
